Shipping:
All our shipments are registered to avoid mail loss. Currently, all of our products are shipped from Saudi Arabia. We ship
worldwide using three shipping methods:
- Regular
registered mail (10 to 30 days depending on country location)
- Fast mail
(5 to 10 days depending on country location)
- Express
via TNT, DHL, Aramex (3 to 5 days depending on country location)
Cancellations:
A "Cancellation" occurs when the Customer or Supplier voids an order
for a withdrawal of funds from a Customers Card account or Customers account
before a sale is sent for deposit. ARACART.COM will not collect a deposit from
the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card
issuing banks discretion.
ARACART.COM will accept cancellations if a purchase can not
be fulfilled or a Customer cancels an order before shipment is made.
Returns:
A return occurs when a Customer returns Products previously purchased from
ARACART.COM. Products are inspected for defects prior shipping, thus ARACART.COM
ensures the Products integrity before shipping them to Customers. A Return is
accepted if wrong items were shipped or not as specified on website. Consumable Products are excluded since ARACART.COM has no control on taste for eatable items or effectiveness for cosmetics.
ARACART.COM will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a
"restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges) for
any Return that occurs in accordance with ARACART.COMs Return Policy.
Refunds:
A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a
Customer("Refund"). ARACART.COM accomplishes the Refund by reversing
the amount previously charged to the Customers Card or Customers Account and
the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card
issuing bank of Customer
