I placed an order on the 25th March, some products were out of stock and some not. I asked for the ones in stock to be sent and the ones that were out of stock to be refunded.

I received the coffee in 2 weeks from order date which was very good. I think the package should have been taped though, the flap was partially open and could have easily lost the boxes along the way. I did receive what I ordered.

It took a little time to receive items, I did not realize from where they were being shipped. GANO tea is an excellent product. I drink 1 cup each day and have more energy, I get sick less often, as well. The best benefit is that I fall asleep and sleep more soundly when I drink this tea. I used to toss and turn for an hour or ,longer, but not whith this tea. I will continue to drink it EVERY DAY!! |

Have been using Gano Classic for two years but Gano Excel had upped the cost and was pleasantly surprised to find it for less on your site. Just wish the shipping was less. I would have given you five stars for that. Other than that I appreciated your prompt handling of the order and look forward to future purchases of the same.

PS. I have received several items from one vendor in which the shipping never seems to run more than a couple of dollars. The Items are different sizes and usually come in 6-10 days too. Don't know how they do it unless they get a substantial break for the volume of their business. |
